Cancellation Policy

We have a 72 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation that was not booked at a non-refundable rate, you must do so by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time, 72 hours or 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel or modify post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night.  We are happy to work with your schedule when you call.

We provide a Continental Breakfast every morning for guests. Additional services for our 2 story hotel are an elevator, exterior corridors, complimentary WiFi, complimentary local calls, complimentary underground parking, fax and copy services, and guest laundry facilities. We also provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and umbrellas

Pets

ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel.  Our hotel is pet-friendly.   On the first floor, we offer our pet-friendly rooms, #101-104 which are  prepared explicitly for pets. The location of our pet-friendly rooms allows for easy outside access for walks when your pet “has to go.”  $40 pet fee plus tax per pet, per night. Max two pets per room.
